PAINESVILLE, OHIO – Lake Erie College redshirt freshman Adam Beach (Vermilion, Ohio/Vermilion) was named the Southern Collegiate Baseball League’s Most Valuable Pitcher for the 2009 summer season.
Beach posted a 4-0 record with 47 strikeouts and a 1.19 ERA in 46 innings for the Carolina Stingers in the wood-bat league. He was selected to the [...]
Lake Erie College baseball players Adam Beach (Vermilion, Ohio/Vermilion) and Ryan Rua (Amherst, Ohio/Amherst) were each named to the Southern Collegiate Baseball League’s All-Star team. Beach was recently named as the league’s Pitcher of the Year, going 4-0 with a 1.19 ERA.
